Fundamentals of quality assurance

1. General regulations

1.1 Inedutop is a private school founded by Edutop OÜ
1.2 Edutop OÜ organizes training for adults
1.3 Edutop OÜ organizes training in accordance with the Adult Education Act, Professional Development Standard and the Edutop OÜ Guidelines
1.4 Information about the courses is published on the website www.buseduc.com . Registration for training is made through the TRAINING CALENDAR, at the school office (Peterburi tee 50A, Tallinn) or by emailing bus-tech@hotmail.com.
In the TRAINING CALENDAR you will find information about tuition fees, starting date, period of study, and time of study. Additional information about training days can be obtained by pressing the question mark button in the announcement about registration in the TRAINING CALENDAR.
1.5 When registering for the courses it is necessary to fill in the registration form (name and surname, personal code, contact phone number)
1.6 All changes in the training will be published in the TRAINING CALENDAR, registered persons will receive notification of the changes in training.
1.7 Individuals registered for the training will be notified by email or phone at least one week before the start of the training.

2. Conditions and procedure for quality assurance of the learning environment

2.1 The learning environment is created and maintained during the course.
2.2 Classes are held in rooms that are appropriate to the learning objectives and meet health and safety requirements. Training is conducted at Peterburi tee 50A, Tallinn. Classrooms are equipped with modern equipment and furniture (desks and chairs, flipcharts, projectors, printers, desks, video and audio equipment, etc.). Д.). Training equipment is renewed every 2-5 years and in case of failure. A sewing atelier is equipped for Fashion School courses with modern BROTHER sewing machines, a JUKA overlock machine, modern ironing facilities, mannequins, professional sewing tables.
2.3 A computer lab with 11 computers has been created for IT courses and for courses where practical work is planned. Computers in the computer lab are updated every 3 years.
2.4 Training can take place individually, in mini groups (2-4 people) or in groups (4 or more people). The class is chosen depending on the size of the group.
2.5 If a new course is organized, the necessary office and classroom equipment is purchased in advance.
2.6 BTEducation management uses student feedback to find out what additional equipment should be purchased.

3. Conditions and procedures for quality assurance of curricula

3.1 Curricula are prepared in accordance with the Adult Education Act, the Professional Development Standard and the Ministry of Education and Science guidelines.
3.2 The study programmes provided by BTEducation are published on www.buseduc.com.
3.3 The BTEducation curriculum contains the following information:
1) curriculum title;
2) group of training programs;
3) learning objective;
4) learning outcomes;
5) the basis for the curriculum;
6) target audience;
7) conditions for the commencement of learning, if they are a prerequisite for learning outcomes of achievement;
8) the total amount of learning, including the proportion of classroom, practical and independent work;
9) content of learning;
10) description of the learning environment;
11) method of instruction;
12) list of learning materials, if learning materials are prescribed for the passage of the curriculum;
13) requirements for completion of training and documents to be issued;
14) a description of the qualifications, study or work experience of the instructors required to conduct the training.
3.4 The curriculum shall be developed and modified in accordance with the needs of the specific target audience in such a manner as to achieve the specified learning outcomes.
3.5 Teaching-methodical material is prepared for each course.
3.6 Participants receive handouts in printed form.
Learning materials include outlines, a collection of practical and homework assignments.
3.7 Teaching materials (handouts) are up-to-date, of appropriate complexity and are used to achieve the learning objective.
3.9 Training programs are periodically updated to reflect changes in the field of activity to which the training program relates. Materials on taxes and laws are updated as necessary, taking into account changes in legislation.
3.10. Training programs are amended and supplemented in such a way that the training corresponds to the needs of the labor market and qualifications of the respective specialty.
3.11. Curricula are amended, supplemented and supplemented at the initiative of the course instructor or BT Education management.

4. Conditions and procedures for ensuring the qualifications of teachers

4.1 Teachers engaged by BTEducation have a higher education degree and/or experience in teaching, preferably with andragogic (adult educator) qualifications
4.2 Teachers’ performance is evaluated after instruction by students, through oral or written questionnaires, based on feedback. If necessary, suggestions for improvement are passed on to the teachers.
4.3 Depending on circumstances, if necessary, and in case of changes in legislation and other changes, the teachers take qualification improvement courses, participate in seminars on changes in legislation and taxation.
