1. Major International Conventions (Editions of Incoterms 2020) in Supply and Sale Contracts
2. Reflection of the terms of Incoterms 2020 in international contracts. Errors and losses in cases of incorrect application of Incoterms 2020
3. Principles of drafting international contracts. Direct and multimodal (intermodal) transportation in international trade. Classification of vehicles, permissible weights, and dimensions
4. Work with EU countries
5. Export/Import with China
6. Work with the EAEU countries
7. Work with countries outside the community.
8. Typical errors of international contracts: errors in the choice of terms of delivery, the moment of conclusion of the contract, errors in correspondence, determination of the price for long-term contracts
9. Choice of contract form. Errors and their consequences.

13. How to minimize losses in case of force majeure, including economic crisis.
14. Documentation. Necessary documents for the vehicle and transported goods (auto-, sea-, airplane)

16. Verification of a potential counterparty. Assessment of potential risks in the counterparty’s country. Choice of applicable law, arbitration, court, terms of delivery and settlement terms. Recommendations for risk reduction. Solving problems in case of violation of payment terms
