Learning outcomes
A person trained in real estate broker courses has the following knowledge and skills:
- collects and analyzes market information based on regulation related to the provision of services;
- implements the service and the object in accordance with the requirements provided by law and established in the organization;
- negotiates, inspects the facility and enters into an agency agreement in accordance with the legislation relating to the provision of the service, the standard governing the field and good practice;
- knows and is guided in the work of the European standard of real estate services EVS-EN 15733.
